No response to claim

I have waited for over a year for a geyser and a balustrade that were both fitted by Standard Banks contractors in previous claims. The geyser has been reported to be a fire risk as it was not installed correctly. The balustrade has collapsed completely, leaving the top of a flight of stairs unguarded. My husband and old dog have both fallen off the staircase, my husband coming off the worse with a cracked rib. This is the second time that I have reported this claim on Hallopeter. The last claim was acknowledged with a contractor being appointed to quote on balustrade, they have submitted quote but have not had a reply. No contractor has been appointed to look at geyser. Standard Insurance has not contacted me at all.
