My huband submitted his surplus application March 2012, since then we have received no surplus statements. We have followed up with MIBFA every 6-8 weeks only to be told that we must be patient they will escalate the matter to supervisory level. It has now been 16 months and still no surplus statement.
This is totally unacceptable. Today we have been promised AGAIN that we will receive the surplus statement in post. I doubt this will happen.
