DOUBLE DEBIT ORDER CHARGE

My Policy no DYU347943 - Capital Alliance refers: My premium for June 2013 was returned by my business bank account which is held at Standard bank on the 3rd June 2013 - Liberty Life immediately advised me by email when I gave them my personal Nedbank Banking details and Liberty made a special debit on this new account - However when I complained to my Business Bank Standard Bank, they apologised in writing to me as well as to Liberty for this error and Resent this payment on the 7th June 2013.
Unfortunately Liberty Life just cannot understand that I have paid them a special debit from my Nedbank account on the 11th June, as well as a payment from my Business bank which was re paid to Liberty on the 7th June 2013 - All this proof has been provided to Liberty Life but falls on deaf ears,
SAD BUT TRUE - I AM TRULY DIGUSTED AT LIBERTY'S UNDERSTANDING OF PLAN ENGLISH.
