I have been paying money into my absa credit card for the past few months, without using it, as I was saving up. today I get a sms saying my limit has been reduced due to a risk assessment!
from R4000 available limit, I only have R120 left???
I needed that money???
why was I not called and advised first???
how is this right?
No one is you call centre will help or try to understand my situation... all they say say is " the system... blah blah blah"
