I have applied for a consolidation loan with my bank FNB.
The bank has been dragging their feet processing the application and I have had to supply them with settlement letters twice because these letters expire every 4 days and apparently the process takes 10 days. This efficiently means I will be supply this bank with letters till I die and never get the loan. To make matters worse, my salary is being investigated but myself nor my employer have been contacted to enquire about this; how do you investigate when you do not contact the relevant parties?
When one applies for a loan it is because the money is required promptly; clearly FNB does not understand this concept nor do they seem to understand that their stupid process means that the customer will keep supply them with settlement letters till they are blue in the face and still not see the loan. How does this make sense?
I am a premier banker and have been a loyal customer for years with you, the least one expects is prompt service and feedback. I will take my business else where is FNB feels like they are too good for this.
