MY REF NUMBER: 124 35498 - VVM DEBT COLLECTORS ACTING ON BEHALF OF CAPITEC BANK
I have a debts that has been prescribed several years ago, in 2013 I now have Capitec Bank working with VVM Debt Collectors to collect a prescribed debt. I have had no summonses served, no letters of demands during the years that have passed, no form of contact with the bank or VVM Debt Collectors.
Since this debt is prescribed I will challenge this with a magistrate. A debt is prescribed after three years, is this not something a Debt Collections/Lawyer and Capitect Bank should know.
I would like a response in this regard. I have never been contacted, my former employer's are sent emails, whislt I no longer work there.
