Can Absa not understand my situation!!!

I have personal loan with Absa which I have always paid regulary. Last month I went into some financial difficulty and I advised Absa about this. Also Im going on maternity leave end of this month and my company does not provide any remuneration during this period. I have applied for UIF but will only know the outcome after the baby is born. I have aslo advised them of this. I paid R300 this month towards my loan, I cannot affor 50% of the loan payment at this point in time. This is all I can afford. Please will Absa stop harassing me as Im making some sort of payment. This is the first month my payment did not go through! I called the collections department today and they referred me to a short term department on 011 501 71 03 which I tried to call but could not get through to! The lady kept on saying hi hi... Please contact me in the afternoon around 5 as I am not allowed to take personal calls at work. For now, all I can afford is R300.
