Unauthorised debit

I opened a Go Banking Savings account number 1237011302 with Pick & Pay. I did not have overdraft facilities on the account. You will be interested to know that some while ago Nedbank changed the format of the Go Banking statement. On the new statement the account was designated as Current account.
Some time last year Nedbank allowed an unauthorised debit to go through my Go Banking savings account although the balance on the account was insufficient. I am NOT prepared to pay for Nedbank's fault.
Nedbank started harassing me on the phone about the overdrawn account. They have now handed over the account to several debt collectors.
