Vehicle Finance: MFC's final deduction was made on the 01/07/2013. I realised that the amount deducted was just a bit too much. Called the MFC Call Centre and spoke to Gladwin and he tried to convince me that the final amount deducted was correct. I am no accountant but even a blind person can see that there was an over deduction. The dude puts me on hold and eventually gets back to me to tell me "oooops" that I am correct and that the over deduction will be credited to my account - call ended. I call back to speak to a vehicle finance manager because now I am a bit suspicious as I made quite a substantial payment in Dec 2012 and want someone to go through this account with a fine tooth comb. Spoke to Kimberley, Piet and Pearl and on each contact this guy was busy - left my contact details for him to call me... still waiting.
