Bad Service - 50 seconds

To whom it may Concern

All I can say is I am VERY Disappointed with Capitec at this stage

I have replaced my cell phone, and I need to get the new banking app
and can only do that at a branch. So today I leave work earlier and rush
to the Capitec branch at Northgate.

After parking I get to the door and take out my cell phone, the time is 16:59:55
and the door is already closed, with just one person in the bank and all the tellers
still sitting begind their desks. I knock and a lady comes and opens the door and
I ask her very nicely if it is possible if someone can quickly assist me to get the
sms so that I can download the banking App (last time it took me all of 5 minutes)

She says she would go ask the manager, time is Now 17:01
Comes back and says NO, they are closed and come back tomorrow
by the time I get back to my car it is 17:06

Is this what service is coming to? 50 seconds after 5 and doors closed and will
not assist you. If I could log on I would transfer all my money out and close my
Capitec account. I was Very happy with Capitec, Until now
Now I am Just VERY DISAPPOINTED
