Internal confusion!!!

I am a Standard Bank person and a former employee but I'm not afraid to change banks.
There are too many departments and things get lost in translation.
I cancelled my vehicle insurance, yet it still went off my account!
I put a stop on the debit order, and I didn't get my money back. This month, it went off again.
That is R2200 of my money that is basically being taken by the bank. What this means, is even us customers can't even stop THE MIGHTY ARM OF THE BANK WHEN IT WANTS OUR MONEY! This is unacceptable.
Today a very nice gentleman (Charles Witbooi) helped me, and explained what I need to send through so it gets cancelled.
What I'm against though is that I have to pay for the dual insurance, yet it wasn't my fault.
I did my part as told and now I HAVE TO PAY MY MONEY TO THE BANK AGAIN as half is retained and half from the other company which has nothing to do with this situation.

Can I please get my funds back in full as I did my part?
You clearly aren't going to stop debiting my account as it was stopped twice but you are still taking my money, of which you are already making so much from me!
