ABSA - Bad Customer Treatment

I transfered R10 000 from my cheque account because i wanted to make purchases by swiping my credit card since there is no swiping dailly limit on the credit card, but ABSA saw this as an opportunity to decrease my limit on the credit card without even phoning or sending me an sms letting me know of the decrease, i ended up looking like a fool because the available balance after the limit decrease went down by almost R2500. I am now out of budget beacuse of this and ABSA dont give a, but its okay for them to be taking as much as R1500 from my account in bank charges every month
