FNB ATM - WAVERLEY PLAZA

I would like to know from FNB why the ONLY FNB ATM at Waverley Plaza never works. 8 out of 10 times when I go there to withdraw money, the ATM is out of order. I get paid for a lot of the work that I do through e-wallet and an FNB ATM is the only place where I can withdraw the funds. I do not have a car so I can't simply nip off to the next centre with an FNB ATM and do my business there. I have been walking nearly 3 km's every day from Friday last week to the bank and back and I still haven't been able to withdraw any cash. I just returned home from the bank again - it is still out of order. If FNB can't maintain their ATM's and keep them in working order, at least set a system in place where one can withdraw funds from a Pick 'n Pay or Checkers. I am currently looking into another way of getting paid for work done and will not be using e-wallet again. I can only imagine paying someone who lives in a rural area this way and they can't even draw their meager earnings.
