Hi
I went to Cresta branch to update my marriage certificate and new ID about two months back. this was not done. they only had my ID scanned onto the system, but had no records of my marriage certificate. I went to FNB to find out if they can update this info and was told I had to bring my original marriage cert. again. I also had 2 loans, which I settled last month. this had accrued interest and was told that I owe this money. I had to call the loans department from my cell while sitting at a consultant as their lines were "down:. (do they not have a mobile phone???) I went to see the manager and was told that it will be sorted. I HAD TO GO TO THE BANK THE NEXT DAY TO SORT THIS MYSELF. I called loans from my cell again and was told that this will be written off. I then applied for another loan on 30th June and was only contacted on 05 July after I called and begged that I am contacted back. I was previously approved for More than R47000 and now FNB only wants to approve me for R18000 after I already settled two loans within a month. this is unacceptable I voice logged a loan for 40000 on Sunday. and was approved. what is going on here??? i have a contract for it, but no actio
