Service from Ooba Homeowners insurance

I obtained a Nedbank bond through Ooba in early June for my new house. Following this I also arranged for home owners insurance through Ooba and supplied the attorneys with the relevant proof of insurance when I signed for my Nedbank Bond around mid June.

Today 8 July I received a letter from Ooba dated 28 June that my insurance has been withdrawn due to the fact that I my bond application through them was terminated.

WHAT!!! HELLOOOO!!! ANYBODY AWAKE AT OOBA. I DID NOT TERMINATE MY BOND APPLICATION THROUGH OOBA AS I ACCEPTED THE NEDBANK BOND I OBTAINED THROUGH THEM. I HAVE ALREADY SIGNED ALL THE BOND DOCUMENTS WITH THE BANK'S ATTORNEYS... WAKE UP OOBA AND REINSTATE MY INSURANCE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. FOR THIS BLUNDER YOU OWE ME!!!
