29 May 2013 i sent a withdrawal notification form, 11 June 2013 i enquired about the provident fund, response was i will be updated of the latest news. 2 July i did a follow up again, person dealing with my claim said system is down and she will be out of office for 2days, she will do a follow up on the 5th of July. I havent received any response up to today.
