I have a loan of R20000 with African bank since 2013 January, i am paying this loan monthly and my instalment is R1080 since i never skip the payment. i phone them to check how much i have to pay for my settlement and they told me that i still have to pay R20300 which i don't understand because they can only charge interest if i skip the month.
Early February they phone me telling me to pay R1000 because they had to transfer the money from their bank to my bank which i never agree with them, i told the consultant that if there was a problem of transferring money, there were not suppose to transfer it at all.
late last year i apply for loan and they took two weeks to put it on their card that they gave it to me so this time i didn't take the card because they fool me with a empty card, i have a problem with this company but i never know that they always took advantage.
In year 2011 i had a loan when i paid the settlement, i received a message says i still have to pay my balance because they didn't include my last instalment and i paid.
i want them to give me the settlement amount after all my instalment
