I normally receive my Credit Card statements via email. it is a frequent occurrence that i do not receive my statements. And everything i have to call the bank to get my statements.
So when i speak to the consultant i request an resent of the statement.
Today we called again. And was greeted with these damm useless consultants. All i requested was for a email on a previous statement to be send, and was told that you cannot.
I was then told that this will take 3 -4 days to send a email statement.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME. THE POSTAL SYSTEM TAKES THE SAME TIME TO DELIVER A LETTER.
YOU CANNOT SEND STATEMENTS VIA EMAIL TO CUSTOMERS THAT REQUEST IT.
FFS WE ARE IN 2013. YOU HAVE EMAIL SYSTEMS USE IT.
ON A PREVIOUS OCCASION THE EMAIL ARRIVED WHILE THE AGENT WAS ON THE CALL.
IT IS TIME TO CHANGE. BECAUSE MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY CANNOT EVEN SEND A STATEMENT VIA EMAIL ON REQUEST FROM THE CUSTOMER.
THIS IS A TRUE INDICATION OF HOW INCOMPETENT YOU ARE.!!!
HOW CAN IT TAKE YOU GUYS 3-4 DAYS TO SEND A EMAIL, IT IS ALL ELECTRONIC.!
