Robbed By Online Banking!

I purchased lotto tickets with my ebucks on the fnb online banking website. The ebucks was deducted but I received no ticket. I called fnb call center and they referred me to ebucks, I then phoned ebucks and they told me to phone fnb. I then phoned fnb call center again and I waited 10 minutes for them to answer my call, only to be transferred from one person to the next. I have a job, I seriously dont have time to waste on the phone trying to solve the bank's errors. Besides that theres money deducted from my business account and it shows that the money deducted is apparently a monthly serice fee. Why on earth is there a monthly service fee of R155, 47 then days later another service fee of R61, 99 days later!? I dont have time to waste. At this very moment I am on the phone waiting for assistance. Waiting yet again for more than 10 minutes. Who's going to pay all my costs for trying to solve the bank's errors??? I also have a client that paid me R350, 00 yet the money does not reflect in my account and I have proof pof payment. Whats going on??
