I never really had any complaints regarding ONEPLAN, however...
On 19 June 2013 I emailed a letter from our Pediatrician with all the relevant documents pertaining to why my daughter has to go for a CT scan, to the Authorizations Department at Oneplan. I then forwarded that same mail, 24 June 2013, as I still had not received any response from them. On 24 June I received a response that the Underwriting Department has declined my daughters CT scan. I then replied to that mail asking them for a reason? On 28 June, still no reply. On 8 July I sent another email asking for a response?
It's so ironic, how Oneplan can email me to say that my policy will be increasing as of 01 July, due to my claims history. I would love to know the status of my claims history? As mentioned, Oneplan was quick to give me a detailed reason to why my premium will be increasing, BUT not why they have declined my daughters CT Scan? Maybe, just maybe I will get some response now?
