Still waiting on a REFUND!!!

Good Day,

I recently settled my African Bank Credit Card over a month ago. On the same day I wrote a letter, as I was told this is an a requirement from them to close the account, stating that my credit card be closed as I settled the account in full. Then at the end of June, my account was deducted for the credit card. I then went into one of their branches explaining to them what had happened. I was told that I need to fax them proof of the deduction going off. So I faxed them a copy of my bank statement. I was then advised that they will refund my money within 3 working days. I waited a week and it was still not refunded. I then contacted their call centre again, which I was then told by one of their consultants Simphiwe that he will send a mail to the refunds department to pay the money into my account & that it will take 48hours. I waited 3 days & the money was till not paid. I then called them again, spoke to Tumelo who advised me that he too will mail the refunds department so that they can make the payment into my account. IM STILL WAITING!!! When will my refund be paid??? I expect compensation!!!
