I contacted One Plan as I had an emergency dental procedure to claim for over a week ago. I have paid for the services myself and needed the cash back (as they promise) within 3 days. I specifically took over their extra dental cover for situations like this. I have got absolutely no feedback or response and can not get hold of anyone on their lines. VERY POOR SERVICE and if I don't get a response I shall be ending my time with them and making sure everyone I know is aware of this.
