3rd Complaint Bad Service

I cancelled my funeral policy on the 26th of June 2013, Sanlam still deducted the money from my account on the 1st of July 2013.
The reason they gave me for this was because they have to give the bank 5 days notice to cancel the deduction.

As of today the 7th of July 2013, they have still not returned my money, how nice, they deduct the money and draw interest on it, and then I have to ask them to please give my money back. Again this is the worst service I have ever received from service provider.
