No feedback on acc opened in my name

On 03/07/2013 went to Nedbank Sandton City to close an account that was opened in my name. 1ST I waited about 30 min on the queue then was assisted by a lady called Jenny. I explained that I was a victim of identity with my ID being from Home Affairs that the account opened with Nebank was. I asked the lady to close the account after presenting my ID where she saw that the copy of ID they have is not the same to my ID. I was told to email the affidavit and my original ID copy. I emailed them on 03/07/2013 afternoon. Called on 05/07/2013 to check if the account was closed first Jenny was busy and I left a message for her to call BACK. After a couple of hours again I called, Jenny was busy and Thurusha said she will ensure she calls me after an hour. 4 hours has passed and no one has called to give me feedback on this account opened. Will someone assist me in ensuring that the account is closed as I have never opened a Nedbank account.
