I made a cash deposit of R1200 @ Randfontein branch, the transaction was unsuccessful and I was referred to their enquiries division. A lady promised that Ayanda would make a manual transaction as I explained to them that it was urgent because my electricity needed to be installed. I again called on thursday for follow up and William told me that Ayanda did the payment, when I got home I was still without electricity because the funds had obviously not reached eskom. Today again I called FNB to enquire with them since I am unable to get hold of eskom randfontein on the number that was provided to me by Eskom's contact centre and William took down my details and promised me that Ayand would call me in 20 minutes. It is not 1hr 30min and I have still not received a call from FNB. I made a payment and if there was anything wrong with the eskom acc then FNB was supposed to have informed me, I still have no electricity and need this to be resolved soon
