I made the access payment as requested and was informed that the phone would be delivered within three working days and went through three different people which one of them was rude (Gugu). Prior to that i was under the impression that Tshepo was dealing with the issue as he was communicating and then left me hanging without the know of the claim. Malebo lying to me about the phone whereabouts. i requested to speak to a manager and was told i would get a call back which still hasnt happended and no phone. yet the monthly premiums were being made on time and still taken from my bank account. i have to probe as they do not communicate otherwise. still in the dark!
