Great initiative

I had a client who took delivery of a new vehicle today and at underwriting Cindy our underwriter sold him a tracking device. Knowing the client is going away over the weekend she went the extra mile by calling tracker after the policy was written up to ask them to please call the client to conclude is contract with them and please try to arrange fitment today if possible before delivery. Thank you for taking the initiative in assisting our client and adding value to his cover by adding the tracker as well.
