Nedbank credit card-No update on my ITC report

I was under administration but it has been cancelled through the court, so I have settled my Credit card in full on the 27th of May 2013.
I have called the call centre and have spoken to Lance Williams who have send me a paid up letter and said
that my ITC will be updated but it's not. I cant apply for anything on credit because of this listing.

I want Nedbank to remove me from ITC ASAP.
