Platinum - Last straw with ABSA

I paid my beneficiary via internet banking on the 25 June and requested notice of payment to both myself & beneficiary. On the 4th of July I was notified by the beneficiary of no payment and that they would be taking legal action. I then tried to check my notice of payment and discovered that the notice of payment that was sent was a corrupt file to both parties. I resent the notice of payment again via internet banking and the references were wrong (verified through transaction history). Called the call centre for help (Kgomotso Dikgatsu) and this was escalated to the team leader. Tried four time to get feedback on resolution with no success. Its as easy as sending me a correct proof of payment. This is tarnishing my near perfect credit record and reputation with my beneficiary. Like a dog with its tail between its legs I must try convince its not my fault. The Platinum status (which Ive had for years) has yet to show ANY value. Im leaving!
