After losing my phone, I got a call from Finrite supplier saying Finrite ordered them to deliver an Samsung S3 to me, I received the handset with I send back to Finrite because I don't like the phone.
On Monday morning I spoke to supervisor Tshepo who said he will send me a list of all the replacement options that I could choose from which he never did, then later on I got a call from Mathapelo or Matshepo saying an S3 will be delivered to me today or tomorrow, later on I got an call from Tshepo saying S3 will be delivered to me as I was insured for Samsung and said it is part of the T&C in my contract, I went through my contract and nowhere does it state, if am insured for Samsung I must get a Samsung.
I would like to get a Blackberry 9790, which is much cheaper and I don't understand why I cannot get it as I'm insured for R7000. I believe the amount that I am insured for has got nothing to do with the handset.
I send a mail to complaints@finrite and niche@finrite and i havent head anything from them, everyday i call and i be placed on hold for more than 30munites, at the end of the call i do not get direct answer as they keep saying they will call me back
