Where is my R400???

I did an online quote with Outsurance, and they were about double my current premium.
The consultant told me he would email me a link to attach my policy document in order for me to claim my R400.
Well, needless to say it is not surprising that the link never came, and as a result neither did my R400.
Outsurance needs to start paying up, or stop this advertising campaign.
