Telcom prepaid airtime purchase

On Tues 2 July 1012 I bought airtime for my Telkom landline for R200.00 the request was pending for some time and then I received a message that my request that was submitted was timed out and I should check my transaction history before another request. 10 mins later the money had been deducted from my acc but there was no sms providing me with the voucher pin. I tried again and the same story, I the called FNB cell phone banking at 15.29 after 2 deductions were made but still no voucher. I asked the banker how I could get into my transaction history as I have done it before but could not remember the procedure. She then made me hold for quite some time, returned and told me that that option was no longer available. I would have to wait for 24 hrs to lodge a complaint and that would be sent to Telkom and they would contact me within 72 hrs. This morning I went into the branch to do that and was then told they could not refund the money at this time R600 was already deducted with no voucher, The banker then showed me how to look at my transaction history to get the voucher with the pin. I have already purchased a voucher elsewhere after being told I would have to wait 72 hrs.
