Bad customer service

On the 20th may I was sent forms to fill in to get the Bumper To Bumper contract with SA Warranties.

I filled the form in and was waiting on monies to come through. I sent the form through on 3 July fully filled in.

I was then told that the option on the form for credit card payments was not an option. I then asked for them to send me the new forms with out this option on only to be told that they don't have this form.

I then contacted the customer care to query this and they said they will send me a new form.

I am still waiting for the new form.

Obviously SA Warranties has so much business they don't need my money.
