As a property investor I have a number of bonds with Nedbank. Getting tired of opening all the postal statements, and thinking it was high time I got more green, I thought I'd get the statements emailed to me. I get my first email statement this week, requesting a password to open the PDF. No idea what the password is and phoned the consultant "It's your bond account number" he says, "Which one? " (I answer), "You'll have to try each one".

OK, so now, each month I get an email for each bond, and for each estatement I have to try each bond account number to access the PDF? Sounds like the person who designed the system assumed everyone had 1 bond.
