A few months ago I logg a complaint on Helo Peter regarding Standard bank and Liberty policy... This matter still not resolved in know months later and i am still waiting.
I phonedstandard bank in order to cancel my liberty life policy. I was told so many things, then afer so many calls and after the complaint I had to sent in via courier to cancel the policy, which I the broker and myself forwrd the dod's to standard bank. I would expect that this would be enough to cancel the policy because this is what standard bank asked me to do. Since then I have had no response from standard bank a. I have resent the same email to see if I would receive any response.
Till now nothing has happened and no one a Standard bank or Liberty life can confirm if my policy is cancelled
