PHUMZILE MAZIBUKO IS THE CALL CENTRE AGENT WHO IS GIVING ME GRIEF ABOUT GETTING BOARDER CROSSING LETTERS AND TELLING ME ABOUT PROCEDURES AND PROCESSES THAT I NEED TO RESPRECT TO GET A BOARDER CROSSING LETTER FROM ABSA

I HAVE A FUNERAL TO GET TO AND IVE BEEN TRYING TO STRESS THE URGENCY OF THIS REQUEST BUT NO ONE AT YOUR CALL CENTRES IS TAKING ME SERIOUSLY

I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH ABSA BANK FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO THE DEPARTMENT WHO ISSUE OUT BOARDER CROSSING LETTERS AND NO ONE PICKS UP THOSE PHONES AT THAT CALL CENTRE - 0860 333 340 EXT 900 5042 - THE PHONES JUST RING ENDLESSLY AND WHEN PHUMZILE DID FINALLY PICK UP SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR, WHICH IS FLIPPEN RIDICOLOUS

I AM LEAVING TOMORROW MORNING FOR A FUNERAL AND URGENTLY REQUIRE THIS BOARDER AUTHORISATION LETTER AND COPIES OF REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

MY PHONEBILL IS NOW ROCKET HIGH FROM SITTING ON THE PHONE FOR 2 WHOLE DAYS WITH ZERO ASSISTANCE FROM ABSA

I CALL YOUR COMPLAINT LINE 0800 414141 AND SIT ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 3 HOURS WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP

CALL THEIR HEAD OFFICE AND I AM TOLD A RUSSELL BOOYSEN WILL CALL ME TO RISOLVE - NO CALLS RECEIVED AS YET!
