I would like to thank King Price Insurance for the extremely wonderful service I received today!!! I have never received such efficient service from an insurer, in fact any company, before.
I emailed through a request to have my address spelling amended and extras on vehicle noted at 09:53. I then received an email at 09:59 confirming the amendments were completed (6 minutes!!!). My amended policy schedule was then received at 10:00 (7 minutes!!!) AND to top this all off I then received a call from Tiisetso Adams at 10:08 to confirm that I received his correspondence!!! AMAZING!!!
I've never ever experience this king of service!! I really am very impressed!!!
