Please get your internet service to work

Now i am just fed up, . I dont know what else to do.
I am trying to make an internet payment to a bank listed beneficiary (Discovery) and the system wont allow me to. At first i tried making a once-off payment, the system asked me to go to bank listed beneficiaries and make a payment there instead. When i did that, the system then rejected the payment and the error message was "enter a valid beneficiary account number"... now how can the account number be invalid, if i didnt enter it myself and it was a listed beneficiary?
IF they cant get their listed beneficiary system to work, then they should allow you to make a once-off payment.

This has happened to me before, i had to go to the bank and get the teller to add the beneficiary for me directly, but i dont have the time to do that now, hence i pay for internet banking, the convenience or lack of it.

if you call their callcenter, they cant help, the response was "there is nothing they can do for me, they dont know why its not working, i should try the old internet banking site"... well i tried that and it also didnt work.
