Documents sent but still no removal of judgement

I have been trying to get someone to assist me regarding the removal of a judgement. Documents were sent from Esterhyuz Attorneys (Prodebt Online) on the 20th of June for my credit profile to be updated... I have been bugging the attorneys, they even sent me the court order to recind the judgement and said that I must try to contact the credit bureu. What must I do now... My account is paid, the court granted the recision but still no joy. I will need to seek assistance from the NCR next
