I made an immediate payment through ABSA's internet banking. They charge me for the service, but only pays my supplier two days later? I have lodged an dispute a month ago, without any feedback from ABSA and then lodged a complaint. I have made about 15 calls to ABSA to resolve the issue. The personnel is absolutely useless and passes the buck from one to the next and no-one can tell me what is going on!!
