Ordered online and did not get what I ordered

On 21/06/2013 I opened a new account at FNB so I could qualify for the Smartphone device Samsung S4, online it asks you what colour you would like, I ordered the white, I than get a call from Digital Planet saying my Samsung S4 Black is going to be delivered, I cancelled the delivery as it was wrong colour, proceed to phone FNB and advise them of what had happened they said the order will be cancelled a new phone will be delivered to me in white, on the 27th June 2013 the phone that was suppose to be ordered got delivered to them, I than phoned FNB and got told that the Samsung S4 in White will be delivred to me in 3 to 4 working days, today is 3 July 2013 phoned FNB and got told the device has not been been dispatched that the contract has to first be cancelled and reinstated again, that is not what I got told and I am going away and want my device before I go, is this the service the client gets just to get the phone, it is unacceptable.
