In February 2013 i took out a loan with WONGA on the date my payment was due it was paid accordingly and I also have the proof of this payment. Last week i get a call from VVM attorneys advising that i am owing an amount of R253. When I asked what the reason was for this amount no one seems to know. They have now listed me on ITC for this amount. There is no contact details for Wonga and neither did any agent contact me before my account was handed over. I am still unsure of what I need to pay that amount for when the total amount was paid on the due date vis debit order. I give Wonga 24hrs to contact me or I will get my Attorney involved in resolving this matter.
