Cancellation of policy

I got a quote from Miway and decided that they have a good rate. I then phoned my current insurance and ask for a better premium, so they revalued me profile and drop my premium below what Miway quoted me. I phoned Miway back. I left message on their automated answering service for consultant to phone me back, which they did not, I have phoned them everyday for a week, from Monday thru to Friday, leaving messages even with their freedom fighters. And no phoned me back. So I have decided to cancel my policy with them, which I have done on-line. The following Monday I phoned them again for a refund because the premium went off after I cancelled my policy. I prepared myself to fight for service I wanted, because that is how it works in South Africa, but the guy, unfortunately his slipped my mind now, was very helpful and calm. He said no problem they will refund me the full amount and confirm that my policy was cancelled. He said that will that up to 7 working days for the refund to go thru. So I will wait and see what happens in the next 7 days if they perform as promised
