I am disgusted with the service from auto n general. The accident took place on the 15 June 2013, today it is the 3 of July still haven't heard any positive update with regards to my claim. I have been told a week ago a consultant by the name of samantha will contact me as she is now handling my claim and not once have i been called by her. I believe i have given auto n general enough time to do what is necessary. This company are looking for ways to deny my claims. I don't see why decisions cannot be made within a week.
