Account Cancelled and Still Billed

To Whom It May Concern

I cancelled my Discovery Insure policy on the 23rd of May. I instructed Discovery Insure to cancel my policy from the 30June 2013. I received correspondance, confirming my policy cancellation. However my account was debited on the 1st of July. I am furious at the complete disorganisation of Discovery Insure. I gave Discovery Insure more than a calendar's month in notice. I would like to be refunded at the earliest convenience.
