THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT EXIST!!!

I am NOT IMPRESSED with this level of service. It does NOT exist. I went to Shoprite Sea Point to buy food for supper and when I arrived at the till to pay by card - it said "declined". I told the cashier to re-swipe and the same error occurred. How can I have no money if I transferred enough the other day? Oh yes, I bank with the worst bank in the world. The one that does NOT care at all about customers. So I had to leave my shopping at shoprite to go to an ATM to see if I could withdraw the funds. Anyhow, it showed me that I have sufficient money, but I can't withdraw it today. So I walked all the way to Standard Bank, to wait in a ridiculously long queue because you simply love making your customers wait, because your staff are clueless or not working. 2 of the 5 computers were manned during the time I went. Anyhow - the male staffmember told me that the delay was that I deposited money using the envelope on the 1st and it could take "2-3days" to clear. WHY? It's money into my account - Standard Bank to Standard Bank. Oh yes... this is the bank where customers like me DO NOT EXIST. Thank you for embarrassing me with your incompetence!
