I applied for a quick loan in June 2013 on Wonga's system and the due payment was supposed to be debited on the 25th of June 2013 of which it was debited but I required a final quick loan from Wonga's services but only to find out that their systems have not been updated and now it is affecting my credit record because on their system I apparently have not paid the amount due. I also tried contacting them on their Customer Care Line but it is always engaged. I have resorted to trying other financial service providers for a quick loan
I have never missed a payment due to Wonga and this is not the service they promise to existing and potential clientele.
