CAN IT BE RIGHT?

Hi,

I just need to know, why is my Internet Banking, so much charges.

I did contact Cell C, they did advise me they did stop the debit order, which was on my account, which I did close, beginning this year, but Cell C did go on until 1 March, 2013.

Why do I pay so much extra. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING

Is their anything, that I need to know, are they still using my old account, to debit, after I did close the old account at Absa.
