I had a contract with Intellicell. i knew that my two years contract was about to come to an end so according to a querry sent to them, it was to expire end February this year. But end March the debit order went off my account again. I phoned again, and to my surprise O No i was advised that my contract did not expire yet, it will only expire end May. The lady i spoke to advised me:'the person that told you it was expiring end Feb must have looked wrong".... WHAATTT??
Ok, so I eagerly waited for end May to arrive, and yes the debit order went off. and guess what happened end June? Yep debit order went off again!
Iphoned again, and the lady responded, no my contract has not expired yet, but she did not advise me on WHEN exactly this contract now will expire.
I followed up with a mail, and i am still waiting for a reponse.
