My daughter has been on a European Tour in Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris. With all the correct channels followed prior to departure, to notify Nedbank where and when the card was to be used, and Nedbank assuring us all was in order, it has been a parody of bad service, with my daughter not having access to money both via ATM and at some merchant outlets. (and yes, enough funds were in the account).
I don't trust Nedbank Visa for travel, and recommend other traveller's make alternative plans, as Nedbank has broken my trust.
